SPECIALTY BEERS

Lambic Ale, St. Louis Framboise, Belgium 375 ml

Sweet and tart raspberries at the same time with a slight effervescence. It pours a deep red color and has an aroma like raspberry jam. Yum!!

Spaten Oktoberfest, 350 ml

This medium bodied beer has achieved its impeccable taste by balancing the roasted malt flavor with the perfect amount of hops. Having a rich textured palate with an underlying sweetness true to tradition.

Maudite, 750 ml

A red ale refermented in the bottle for a subtle coriander, light spices and a hint of hops. The first strong beer to be dis-tributed in Quebec at 8% alcohol with the Legend of the Flying Canoe attached to it.

Lost Coast Great White Ale, 12 oz.

An ale with a hint of citrus that is provided by coriander, along with secret Humboldt herbs make this a light and refreshing beer.

Hacker-Pschorr, Munich, 12 oz. bottle

In Bavaria, where beer is an art form to some and a religion to the rest, Hacker-Pschorr Munich is recognized as the bench-mark of the lager style. A rich, true, all natural flavor with the traditional light hoppy finish.

Chimay Grande Reserve Blue, 330 ml

This is it. The end of the line. Top fermented Trappist Strong Dark Ale that is refermented in the bottle. The color is coppery, reddish amber. The aromas are complex, roasted, malty. The flavors are rich, almost sweet, and ethereal. Wow. Made by Trappist Monks in Belgium.

Anderson Valley Boont Amber, 12 oz.

Medium-bodied pale ale with a beautiful copper color, a robust head, and the rich flavor of caramel malt.

Anderson Valley Hop Ottin IPA, 12 oz.

Hop Ottin starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones.

Franziskaner Hefe Weisse, 350 ml

One of the original hefeweizens (wheat beers)! Smoother and creamier than American versions.

Fischer Amber Swing Top, 22 oz. 650 ml

Slightly roasted malt gives it a light amber color. The rich flavor dominates the malt/hops balance and is very popular among beer drinkers.

Fuller 1845 Ale, 500 ml

Malt characters such as treacle, toffee, brown bread and chocolate dominate the initial flavors. The citrus fruit flavors become more evident on the taste and provide an orange peel and grapefruit pith element to the beer. The rich Christmas cake character noted on the aroma appears on the tongue with a clove spice, peppery taste. 1845 is bottle conditioned

Fuller Vintage Ale, 500 ml

A deep amber Ale with a slight orangey-brown note. Fruit notes come through onto the palate with cherries and pineapples noticeable. The hop notes found on the nose appear on the palate to give a spicy element to the beer. The citrus notes are present accompanied by caramel, coffee and biscuit notes from the malts. Bottle conditioned. Limited to 145,000 individually numbered bottles.

Allagash White, 12 oz.

Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, this delicious white ale delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

Lost Coast Downtown Brown, 12 oz.

Smooth, full-bodied nut brown ale, lightly hopped with a hint of roasted and crystal malts. This ale is dark in color without the heavy taste of porter or stout. Compare to a Newcastle Brown Ale, but better!

Schneider Aventinus Eisbock, 330 ml

True Eisbock. This beer is quite bubby, carmelly sweetness, more banana, cloves, cocoa and nuts. The finish lasts forever and has some dry fruit notes that are not usually found in Aventinus.

Young's Double Chocolate Stout

Pale ale and crystal malt, chocolate malt, special blend of sugars, Fuggle and Goldings hops, and real dark chocolate. Chocolate malt and real dark chocolate are combined with Young's award winning rich, full flavored dark beer, but never overly sweet experience

Two Turtle Doves, 1 Pint

2 Turtle doves is the second in the beers of the 12 Days/Years of Christmas Services. The Beer is based on the "Turtle" candy, brewing it with cocoa nibs, toasted pecans, caramelized sugar and a lot of caramel malts. Somewhere between a Belgian-style Dark Strong Ale and an Imperial Porter.

Allagash, Curieux, 750 ml

French bourbon barrel fermented, natural carbonation, Sweet and buttery at first, with vanilla and banana, which finishes into a strong complex flavors of alcohol burn and a woody dryness.

Brewed by the World's Oldest Brewery. Light in color, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and beer connoisseur. Full bodied and distinctive.
